Room 42 ThB 250 per night

Room 43 ThB 450 per night

Room 44 ThB 350 per night

Room 32 ThB 250 per night

Room 33 ThB 450 per night

 

Identification

We require you to present a valid passport (with valid visa) for inspection on check-in.

Key / Damage deposit

A deposit of ThB 1,000 will be taken on arrival which is returnable on inspection of the room and return of the key. ( It is expected that the room will be left in good order with all fixtures and fittings intact to qualify for return full deposit)

Check in / Checkout

Check in times will from 4pm to 8pm in the evening.  This can be more flexible if the room is pre-booked by phone or using the Booking form.  Rooms will not be guaranteed beyond 8pm and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis after that.  (Even when pre-booked from this site)

At checkout the client must leave the key with staff at anytime before noon,  but inspection to qualify for deposit return will take place from 8am to 9am on the day of checkout.  Clients will need to arrange a convenient time to collect qualifying deposits at other times.

Payment

Payment will be taken in advance on check in.  Currently we only have the facility to take payment in cash.  Deposit will be returned in Thai Baht.  Full receipts will be issued at time of payment.  We are able to take payment in Thai Baht only.

Discount Policy

Stay of over 7 nights or over qualify for a 5% discount on full payment at check in.

Smoking

For health and safety reasons, smoking is not allowed within the building.  There is a small smoking area provided outside.
